The yeasts used when making Birell non-alcoholic beer only produce a minimum amount of alcohol, and therefore Birell naturally goes through the whole fermentation process, as it is with every good beer. This gives Birell the correct bite and real beer taste.
It tastes best when cooled to 5°C and served in the original branded 0.5 l Birell glass. It is especially shaped for this type of beer and bears a big coloured Birell logo.
